Where was The Black Phone (2021) filmed?
6 locations on the HorrorMeet Atlas.
- Cinespace Wilmington
The Grabber's soundproofed basement, with the disconnected phone on the wall, was built on a stage at this Wilmington studio, formerly Carolco Studios. It is a working facility, not a tour.
- Cape Fear Optimist Club fields
The baseball diamond where Finney is introduced pitching, on North Kerr Avenue. The fields are still used for youth baseball.
- Finney and Gwen's house, Pinecrest Parkway
The home the siblings share with their father, and the street where Finney is snatched by the van. These are PRIVATE RESIDENCES in a lived-in Wilmington neighbourhood.
- Acme-Delco Middle School
The 1970s school the siblings attend, about 25 miles northwest of Wilmington on Andrew Jackson Highway. It is a working public school.
- Sam Food Mart, Princess Place Drive
The corner store that becomes Ellison's Grab'n'Go, where Robin buys sodas. It is still a neighbourhood convenience store.
- The Grabber's house, 2415 Shirley Road
The two houses facing each other at the end of the film, including the one with the black balloons. Both are PRIVATE RESIDENCES, and the big tree out front was added digitally.
