THE "$5,000 BOUNTY"
The "$5,000 bounty" displayed on HorrorMeet is a fictional promotional element of the motion picture The Other Tenant (Castle Productions). It is presented in-world, as part of the film's story.
It is not an offer, a contract, a contest, a sweepstakes, a reward, or a prize of any kind. No payment, prize, or compensation of any amount will be made to any person for any submission, footage, post, or material of any kind, whether or not such material is "verifiable," genuine, or extraordinary. Submitting content to HorrorMeet creates no entitlement to anything.
If Castle Productions ever chooses to run a real promotion or contest, it will be separately and clearly announced with its own official written rules, eligibility requirements, and entry procedures. Until and unless that happens, no reasonable person should understand the pinned bounty as a genuine offer, and any determination regarding any promotion, including whether one exists at all, is at Castle Productions' sole and absolute discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Your content
You own what you post. By posting, you grant HorrorMeet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on and in connection with the service. Post only content you have the right to share. We may remove any content, or decline to publish it, at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. All submissions are reviewed before publication; submission does not guarantee publication.
Conduct
No harassment, no doxxing, no real names or addresses of others, no unlawful content, no content sexualizing minors, no spam, no impersonation. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
Meetups and real-world activity
Events listed on HorrorMeet are attended entirely at your own risk. HorrorMeet lists events for information only; we do not organize, operate, supervise, vet, or control events, venues, or attendees, and we make no representations about their safety or suitability. Meet in public places, travel with others, and use your judgment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release HorrorMeet, Castle Productions, and their owners and agents from any claims arising out of attendance at any event listed on the service. Do not trespass. Do not enter private property, condemned structures, or restricted areas in pursuit of "sightings" or anything else; nothing on this service is an invitation, dare, or instruction to do so.
Sightings content
Sightings posts are user-submitted stories shared for entertainment. HorrorMeet makes no claim as to their truth, and publication is not endorsement or verification of any claim, paranormal or otherwise.
THE FINE PRINT
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HORRORMEET, CASTLE PRODUCTIONS, AND THEIR OWNERS AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR ATTENDANCE AT ANY LISTED EVENT, AND TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50).
We may modify these terms at any time by posting an updated version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
